Simply upload your music and build your own unique library. SoundVault markets your music directly to the industry, leaving you more time for your creativity.
There are no charges whatsoever as SoundVault works completely on a revenue share model once your music has been licensed.
You are completely free to upload whatever tracks you choose and to manage other artists in your library (as long as you own the copyright or have the permission of the copyright owner to do so).
SoundVault markets your music directly to industry users - however you can also promote your library on websites and emails, with your unique SoundVault web address and our automated banner link which points users to your library on SoundVault.
You and any other artists that you manage retain 100% ownership of the music. SoundVault is a music licensing platform and will remain completely impartial.
SoundVault helps you refine and develop your music back catalogue and, once you have catalogued your tracks using the SoundVault metadata and management tools, you are at liberty to download this data in a database format for use elsewhere.
SoundVault provides you with a detailed usage report for each and every track licensed on the SoundVault system, so you can track, recover and keep 100% of the performance royalties that you are owed.
Alternatively you may wish to assign your performance royalty collection to SoundVault (and its sub-publishers), in which case SoundVault can offer you this service on a 25/75 revenue share in your favour.
The sign up process is straightforward and entirely done online. Once you have completed the online �Sign up� form, SoundVault will check and process your registration. You will then be emailed your unique login details. The first time you login to SoundVault you will be presented with our Music Library Agreement.
The Music Library Agreement is a completely non-exclusive agreement, as we are so confident of the advantages that SoundVault offers the media producers.
In addition to this you can terminate the agreement whenever you wish (subject to any current licensing). If you would like more information on this, please email us at support@soundvault.tv.
When a track in your library has been licensed, SoundVault will generate on your behalf a self-billing invoice (from you to SoundVault) detailing the financial calculations, as well as a comprehensive usage and synchronisation report.
Once you have approved the invoice you will receive a payment electronically into your nominated bank account. You don�t even need to send us an invoice!
The SoundVault system monitors all music usage, from every low quality stream to every broadcast quality download. As well as knowing who is using your music and for what purposes, you can rest assured that no one can gain access to your broadcast quality music without having first paid for it.
