SoundVault problem reporting

Some problems can be solved by looking at the FAQ and Using this Site sections of SoundVault.

However, if you experience an unexpected problem with the SoundVault system we would like to hear from you.

Please email asdfsupport at soundvault dot tvtv with the following information:

  1. Where you were in SoundVault when the error occurred.
  2. If possible, what steps you took to get to that point.
  3. What you saw when the error occurred.

It would be very useful if you could provide a screenshot of the error. To take a screenshot, click on the SoundVault window in which the error occurred and, in Windows, press Alt + Print Screen together. If you are on a Mac press Command-Control-Shift-3 together. Then simply paste from the clipboard into your email message.
