However, if you experience an unexpected problem with the SoundVault system we would like to hear from you.
It would be very useful if you could provide a screenshot of the error. To take a screenshot, click on the SoundVault window in which the error occurred and, in Windows, press Alt + Print Screen together. If you are on a Mac press Command-Control-Shift-3 together. Then simply paste from the clipboard into your email message.
